My latest raw obsession, the açai bowl. The açai berry is widely acclaimed to have a plethora of health benefits due to its high levels of antioxidants. Clearer skin, better digestion and good for your heart’s health. Better yet, it also tastes delicious when drizzled over granola & fruit.

Recipe | Blend 1 tablespoon dried açai powder with 1 banana, 1 cup coconut water, 1 tsp maca powder, handful of frozen berries, 1/4 cup of ice and 1 tablespoon of coconut flesh. Drizzle over granola. Top with desired fruit choices & chia seeds.
