Let me introduce you to Melbourne’s first mind and body health club, Kãya, whose innovative and holistic approach towards the delivery of fitness is creating a buzz around town. Kãya is no ordinary gym. They offer an array of specialised classes including yoga, reformer pilates, spinning and aerobics, as well as the opportunity to seek individualised consultations in personal training, nutrition and remedial massage. The state-of-the-art facility, ideally located in Prahran, also boasts technically advanced cardio, pilates, cycling & weight areas which are fitted with the latest equipment.
Kãya is a family run business, owned and operated by husband and wife due Christian and Koula Ruggeri who have extensive experience working in the fitness industry. Their ethos is to provide a calm and welcoming home for consumers to escape away from their hectic world.
Kãya’s challenge to me? Attend the club for the next month and report on my results and experience. This challenge commenced last week after my consultation with resident dietician Tanya, who offered me some expert nutrition advice and equipped me with some fantastic tips. As a regular gym-goer myself, I quickly pulled on my free runs and jumped at the chance to take on this mind and body challenge.
And at the end of my time? Kãya will be awarding one of my (very) lucky readers with a free three month membership valued at $605. So stay tuned my friends…xx
