It’s finally spring & my friends over at Uniqlo have collaborated with renowned French fashion designer & fashion model Ines De La Fressange to create their latest, easy-wearing collection. My fave? Definitely this super cute polkadot wrap dress…
(Uniqlo Ines De La Fressange wrap dress, Chanel Boy bag, Uniqlo floppy hat, similar Asos star sneakers)
This Uniqlo collection by Ines De La Fressange is a clash of comfort meets beauty together with Uniqlo’s philosophy of high-quality, functional clothing. It’s been inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge (coincidentally, a term I became familiar with on last month’s Ole Henriksen Glow Camp) which can translate into anything from the art of creating intimacy, a feeling of well-being, enjoying a hot cup of cocoa by candlelight, to a cosiness of the soul. Based on this concept, the range aims to reflect heart-warming, happy moments with the most important people in our lives. It’s to be enjoyed with loved ones in places that make you feel content being you.
Of course, I immediately gravitated towards the rack of the wrap dresses (my fave style right now, anyone else?!) & absolutely could not leave without this gorgeous polka dot number. Here’s five reasons why you need it too…
1. They suit every body shape
Trust me they do. The great thing about the wrap dress is that it cinches in at the waist & lets you accentuate that female figure we all know and love. It’s also adjustable so you can wear it however you and your body your shape want.
2. You’ll get plenty of compliments
Every. Single. Time. I. Wear. It. Yep, I honestly do. There is something eye-catching about a great wrap dress that everyone loves. Guess what? It helped me get a lot of likes on Instagram, too. If you want to know my secret to getting so many likes, you could look at how to buy Instagram followers. Also, I think it probably helps that I am constantly breaking into twirls when I wear them!
3. It’s less than $100
At $79.90, you cannot go wrong with this investment. Plus, with Uniqlo’s renowned history of making only high-quality garments, you know you haven’t sacrificed anything for a more affordable price.
4. You can turn a wrap dress into a cardigan
Leave it open, thrown it over a slip or a pair of jeans with a tee & you have yourself a whole new outfit. Two for the price of one? Yes please!
5. It comes in 4 colours
If you love it like I do, you can stock up in every style/pattern/colour on offer. Your entire wrap dress wardrobe will be set for the season.
Clearly, there’s no need to convince me. You’re looking at the wrap dress’ number one fan. Will definitely be packing a few of these for my overseas trip next week! In the meantime, you’ll find me twirling under spring blossoms to my heart’s content…

You look great but my gawd it frustrates me when people say a wrap dress suits everyone bc unfortunately, trust me, they don’t. Great buy though for those who suit it x
