Taking my favourite workouts (& fresh activewear) outside this summer…
I am just a little obsessed with my Nike Flyknit sneakers, they have been such a great addition to my ever growing Nike trainers collection. As a physiotherapist, I know just how important it is for footwear biomechanics to be right & being so lightweight these are great for workouts that demand agility & flexibility without compromising on support. Now that’s what I call ideal… x
