    1. 1e5First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quickquestion that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any remcdoenmations or tips? Cheers!

      1. Thank you Roberta!

Tip number one would be to exercise before you sit down and begin to write. I find it helps to clear my mind, and allows me to have a better thought process. Tip number two would be to write at night time. I find when I write at night I am at my most relaxed state and find I tend to write better!

        I hope this helps!

        Lisa xx
