Last month I embarked on my first ever juice cleanse, courtesy of the amazing team at Nutrition Bar.
My thoughts? I absolutely loved it! Difficult? Yes.
But it became easier with time & my body started to embrace the live nutrients & enzymes I was packing in.
By the end I felt a true sense of accomplishment as well as lightness, clarity & energy.
If you want to give your body a break, then I would certainly recommend giving it ago.

I have been wanting to try the juice cleanse but have been scared I won't be able to do it (I love food way too much!!) Thanks for the recommendation, I may have to give it a go!

It helps to do it with a friend. I also love food way too much but the juices are surprisingly filling! Good luck x
